To ensure the quality and authenticity of the products being offered, each profile will undergo a screening process. Please note that we reserve the right to remove any profiles that do not meet our verification criteria. As part of the sign-up process, we kindly ask that you confirm that your business or products are locally sourced and produced and not imported.
The Website serves as a directory to connect consumers with farmers, growers, and producers. GROWR does not sell any products or produce and acts solely as an intermediary. GROWR does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or safety of any products or produce listed on the Website.
User Conduct
By using the Website, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:
You will use the Website for lawful purposes only and will not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

GROWR shall not be responsible for any financial losses incurred by users located in any province of Canada as a result of website removal or failure, including but not limited to subscription fees, advertising fees, or any other costs associated with the use of the website.
Users located in any province of Canada acknowledge and agree that GROWR is not responsible for any interruptions, delays, or technical issues that may arise from third-party services or internet service providers.
Users located in any province of Canada acknowledge and agree that GROWR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the website, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice, and shall not be held liable for any resulting damages.
Users located in any province of Canada agree to release and waive any and all claims, demands, and causes of action against GROWR arising out of or in connection with website removal or failure, and to indemnify and hold GROWR harmless from any such claims or actions brought by users or third parties located in any province of Canada.
Users located in any province of Canada acknowledge that their use of the GROWR website is at their own risk, and that GROWR makes no representations or warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the website.
